Overview
Depend Electronics is seeking a Logistics Operator to support warehouse and shipping activities in Singapore. This is an on-site role based in Tai Seng, Singapore, with a focus on smooth movement of electronics-related goods across locations and international routes.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day inbound receiving and outbound dispatch work for the Singapore transit warehouse.
- Oversee the transfer of goods between the Singapore facility, the Hong Kong warehouse, and end customers.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, air and ocean transport providers, and courier partners.
- Review and keep track of shipping documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor cargo progress and promptly flag any issues or irregularities to the Shenzhen team.
- Support discussions for local service agreements, including courier, transport, and insurance arrangements.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, ideally with exposure to electronics components.
- Working knowledge of logistics operations and end-to-end process flows.
- A careful, patient, and disciplined approach to work, along with strong accountability and drive.
- Solid teamwork, communication, and coordination abilities.
