Role overview
This position is for seasoned cybersecurity professionals who want to help improve advanced AI systems while working remotely and choosing their own hours. The role focuses on using practical security expertise to check how well AI outputs stand up to real-world conditions.
What you'll do
You will collaborate with modern AI models on tasks such as reviewing AI-created security material, working through technical security challenges, and sharing feedback that influences how the models understand threats and defenses in practice.
How the work process starts
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be made available through the platform.
Compensation and working style
Work is offered on a contract basis and is paid hourly, with rates beginning at $50 to $100+ per hour depending on the project. Some assignments also include bonus pay. You can select the projects you want, decide when to work, and complete tasks on your own computer from home.
Responsibilities
The role centers on validating cybersecurity-related AI output and contributing practical security knowledge to model training.
- Assess AI-produced cybersecurity material, including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security methods, to confirm whether it is accurate and realistic.
- Create and solve security-oriented technical tasks that are used to train AI systems.
- Produce precise technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI security models.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring real-world cybersecurity experience, coding ability, and strong English communication skills.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, digital forensics and incident response (DFIR), malware analysis, threat intelligence, or a related area, including government or military cyber work.
- Comfort with coding and the ability to navigate and modify an existing codebase.
- Strong written English skills, with native-level or bilingual fluency.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant security certifications are considered an advantage, including OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, and similar credentials.
