Manager - MEP

Role overview

This position leads the site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a construction project in Greater Ahmedabad. The job covers planning, installation, coordination, quality control, and on-time delivery of MEP works while maintaining alignment with design intent and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of site MEP works, covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems, so that execution matches approved drawings, technical requirements, and contract commitments.
• Build and manage the MEP execution approach, work breakdown structure, and resource deployment plan in line with the project schedule to support timely and economical milestone completion.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain proper work sequencing, resource utilization, and compliance with quality, safety, and productivity expectations.
• Work closely with civil and architectural teams to manage interface points and ensure MEP installation progresses in sync with structural and finishing activities.
• Examine and clear technical deliverables such as shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and test plans to confirm adherence to project standards, codes, and accepted industry practices.
