Job Purpose
This role is responsible for steering the planning, execution, and oversight of mechanical project work, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, RO, ammonia, and drainage systems. The position ensures every system is delivered in line with safety requirements, project drawings, and technical specifications, while also overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning. A key part of the job is to improve system reliability, support energy-efficient operation, and make sure all mechanical components integrate smoothly across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review mechanical system designs to confirm alignment with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and cooling-related systems.
- Carry out load calculations and choose suitable mechanical equipment to achieve the best operating performance.
- Create technical documentation, including reports and drawings, and maintain compliance in project records.
- Work closely with teams from other functions and provide technical input and support at every stage of the project.
Qualifications & Skills
The position calls for a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additional certifications in HVAC or safety are preferred. The ideal candidate should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with exposure to FMCG, logistics, or industrial facility environments considered an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are required.

The work involves practical mechanical project execution across building and industrial systems, including refrigeration and water treatment-related infrastructure, with responsibility for technical coordination, compliance, and delivery quality.
