Overview
This role is for a Mechanical Project Engineer based in Frankfurt, Germany, supporting a major hyperscale data centre build in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area. The position offers a salary of €75,000 to €95,000 along with accommodation, travel, bonus, package benefits, and the chance to join a project with a strong pipeline of future work. You will be part of a growing delivery team working on a large mission-critical project, collaborating closely with project managers, construction managers, and engineering specialists. Role details
The position involves supporting mechanical package delivery on a significant data centre development. You will help coordinate subcontractor activity, ensure work is carried out safely, and keep delivery aligned with programme requirements. You will also participate in client, design, and subcontractor meetings as part of the project team.
Requirements
Applicants should have prior experience as a Mechanical Project Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Mechanical Package Engineer. A background in delivering large construction projects is expected, along with experience in data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, industrial environments, manufacturing, commercial projects, or other mission-critical settings. A solid understanding of mechanical building services is essential, and candidates must be prepared to work in Frankfurt, Germany.
