Role Overview
This position is for an Operations Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on running the full lead-management and service-delivery workflow, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and strong execution against business targets.
Core Focus Areas
You will oversee CRM discipline, standard operating procedures, team output, client-facing delivery, MIS dashboards, KPIs, and continuous process enhancements. A key part of the role is working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support revenue and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete lead management process from initiation through service delivery.
- Administer CRM usage and maintain accuracy across operational records.
- Implement and monitor SOPs to keep execution consistent and scalable.
- Track team productivity and support performance improvement where needed.
- Coordinate with client teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports and monitor key performance indicators on a regular basis.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal functions to meet business and revenue objectives.
Requirements
