About the Company

The company works across PLCs, HMIs, servo motors and drives, VFDs, SCADA, machine control systems, user interfaces, data acquisition, and industrial robots, with an emphasis on precision, reliability, and quality.
Role Overview
This position is for a PLC Programmer who will design control software, support commissioning work at client sites, and troubleshoot automation systems in the field.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers PLC, SCADA, and HMI development, on-site startup and testing, troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and software issues, and integration of automation equipment into factory systems.
Systems Integration
Work will involve connecting robotics, sensors, drives, and industrial communication networks such as Profinet and Ethernet/IP into existing manufacturing lines.
Maintenance and Support
Routine checks, software updates, and preventive maintenance will be part of the job to keep systems running efficiently and avoid breakdowns.
Client Coordination
The selected candidate will also train operators and technicians, collaborate with internal teams and customers, and prepare clear technical documentation and reports.
Education and Experience
Applicants should hold a Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering from a recognized institute. Candidates may be freshers or may have more than 1 year of experience in field service, commissioning, or industrial maintenance.
Technical Background
Strong hands-on knowledge of PLC/HMI platforms such as Siemens and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, along with industrial instrumentation, electrical troubleshooting, schematic reading, and adaptation to fast-moving factory settings, is expected.
Travel Requirement
This role requires readiness to travel to different site locations as needed.
Salary
The compensation offered is INR 3,00,000 to 8,00,000 per year.
