About the Role
Join DOTIX as a Product Operation intern and contribute to enhancing business processes in a dynamic SaaS-focused technology company. As an intern, you will engage in various operational tasks that streamline product workflows and optimize daily activities within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily management of product operations and workflow coordination.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Maintain product-related databases, prepare reports, and update dashboards regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Compile daily and weekly performance metrics and report them accordingly.
- Identify potential issues within product operations and propose strategic improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Commitment to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Availability to commence the internship between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
- Willingness to continue the internship for a duration of six months.
- Proficiency or interest in skills including Java, MySQL, MS Excel, Power BI, and Data Analysis.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000.
