About the Opportunity

Join a well-established structural fabrication and installation company that contributes to major infrastructure and commercial work throughout New South Wales, including projects for tier 1 and tier 2 clients.

The Role

• Take responsibility for projects from the first enquiry and scope review through design coordination, workshop production, and final site installation.
• Serve as the main contact for builders, tier 1 and tier 2 customers, and consultants, while independently managing these commercial relationships.
• Coordinate closely with the in-house workshop, estimating lead, operations lead, and site personnel to keep delivery aligned.

What We Are Looking For

• Demonstrated project management experience in structural fabrication, heavy engineering, or commercial construction settings.
• Strong commercial judgement and hands-on experience working directly with builders and navigating the commercial demands of project delivery.
• Flexibility to thrive in a growing business where you may help shape and improve processes instead of simply following established procedures.
