Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major landscape, infrastructure, and construction assignments from kickoff through final handover. This role is responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality, safety, and client standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, sequencing, and delivery of landscape and construction work so it stays aligned with project targets and contract obligations.
• Oversee daily site activity, including allocating resources, coordinating subcontractors, and monitoring on-site execution.
• Build and track project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and progress updates to keep financial and operational performance on track.
• Carry out routine site visits to verify compliance with safety rules, quality expectations, and technical requirements.
• Spot project risks early and implement corrective actions to reduce delays, disruptions, or cost escalation.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and project visibility.
• Evaluate and sign off on technical drawings, material submissions, method statements, and execution schedules.
• Guide project teams with clear direction, performance input, and ongoing support to help ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate procurement timelines and work with suppliers to secure timely supply of materials and services.
• Ensure all closeout documentation, including handover packages, as-built drawings, and final reports, is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience managing medium to large construction or landscape projects.
• Strong understanding of project management practices, construction workflows, and site operations.
• Ability to use project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Well-developed leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling several priorities at once.
• Knowledge of local regulations, safety requirements, and quality control procedures.
• PMP certification will be considered an added advantage.
