Role Overview

The organization is hiring an experienced Quality Analyst for an international sales process supporting the USA shift in Noida. This position centers on reviewing sales conversations, assessing performance quality, delivering structured feedback, and helping the sales team strengthen communication, process compliance, and conversion outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor, and evaluate daily sales calls handled by Business Development Executives.
• Assess call performance across communication, sales technique, product understanding, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing ability.
• Build detailed QA reports, performance reviews, and scorecards for individual team members.
• Provide specific, practical feedback to sales executives to help improve results.
• Spot training needs and recurring improvement areas based on call audits.
• Work with team leaders, managers, and leadership on performance and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly quality tracking reports.
• Identify repeated errors, process breakdowns, and key gaps for correction.
• Make sure the sales team follows approved scripts, communication standards, and process guidelines.
• Share recommendations to improve sales quality, customer experience, and conversion rates.
• Protect the confidentiality of company information, call recordings, reports, and employee performance details.

Candidate Profile

The preferred applicant is a female candidate with at least 1 year of relevant experience in quality analysis, call auditing, or a similar role. Experience in Ed-Tech, education sales, or international sales operations will be an advantage. Strong English communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle feedback professionally are important for this role.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Analysis or an equivalent function.
• Background in Ed-Tech, education sales, or international sales processes preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Prior exposure to call auditing, feedback sharing, and performance reporting.
• Good analytical ability with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfort in preparing reports for management review.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to deliver feedback to sales teams in a professional manner.
• Female candidates preferred.

Additional Information

This is a walk-in hiring opportunity based in Noida, India. The compensation offered is INR 3,00,000 to 5,50,000 per year. Graduation is not required for eligibility.
