Role overview
This full-time Relationship Manager position is based in Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore. The role focuses on identifying prospects, building customer relationships, and driving closures through outbound communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key responsibilities
The position involves prospecting for new business opportunities, working through lead databases, connecting with customers by phone, and converting leads into sales. The role also requires maintaining service quality, staying energetic in daily interactions, and working toward revenue generation targets.
Responsibilities
- Spot and pursue potential business opportunities and customer prospects.
- Create rapport with leads, suggest suitable solutions, and convert discussions into sales.
- Place outbound calls using lead lists and secondary data sources.
- Work through both older and newly generated leads on a daily basis.
- Deliver service that matches company quality expectations and standards.
- Stay enthusiastic, articulate, and focused on closing deals and contributing to revenue.
Requirements
- Education can be any undergraduate or postgraduate background, including MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., and similar qualifications.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are required.
- Applicants must be comfortable using English and either Hindi or Kannada; Tamil or Telugu is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is expected.
- Candidates should be available for a 9-hour shift between 10 AM and 7 PM.
- Applicants must be open to a 6-day workweek with one weekday off.

Additional information
