Remote Project Manager

Overview

GREIG CITY ACADEMY is seeking a remote Project Manager to support its secondary school operations. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while helping lead initiatives that improve the student learning experience. The academy has a team size of 51 to 200 employees and focuses on primary and secondary education.

What you'll do

• Oversee several projects at the same time, from planning through completion, while keeping them aligned with the academy’s objectives.
• Act as a communication bridge across departments and stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly.
• Track project milestones, review progress, and make timely changes to keep schedules and budgets on track.
• Build and apply approaches to reduce risks and address issues that come up during the project cycle.
• Create clear reports and presentations for leadership so they can stay updated on project progress and results.

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working as a Project Manager, ideally within an education-focused environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with distributed teams.
• Capability to handle several projects at once while meeting deadlines.
• Working knowledge of project management platforms and tools.
• Understanding of the realities and demands of remote working arrangements.
