About the Role

This is an entry-level rotational opportunity with a leading renewable energy and energy efficiency organisation. The company works across the full lifecycle of utility-scale clean energy assets, including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS): designing, building, operating, maintaining, and improving high-performing projects.

Because the business is expanding rapidly, it is hiring 5 graduates to move through different teams and gain broad exposure across the organisation.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold any college degree. Backgrounds connected to renewables, engineering, planning, or construction are preferred, though not mandatory.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently with limited supervision, and able to stay effective under pressure while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy is important, along with a proactive approach to work.

Benefits

The role includes flexible working arrangements, a base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 plus bonuses, pension and additional benefits, and direct training from a senior team member.
