About the Role

MICHAEL KORS is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Goethestrasse location in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with a weekly schedule of 30 hours. The brand’s retail network in EMEA continues to expand and includes more than 30 outlets, 80 lifestyle stores, and 100 concessions/shop-in-shops across 21 European countries. The regional retail team is described as energetic, diverse, highly motivated, and international.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales by approaching customers in a distinctive and engaging way.
• Deliver strong performance across all core selling activities.
• Stay adaptable and show a willingness to grow in a fast-moving retail setting.
• Inspire customers by continuously building knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.
• Work closely with store management to identify new ways to improve personal sales results.
• Use available tools and technology to help increase sales outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates are dependable, capable, and comfortable handling varied responsibilities in a high-paced environment. You should communicate well, create an outstanding customer experience, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in premium retail is preferred, along with strong organisational ability, attention to detail, resilience under pressure, and the ability to multitask effectively. Very good German and English skills are required.
