Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for keeping the branch sales flow running smoothly by linking the Branch Sales team with the Pre-delivery Inspection team. The role focuses on making sure vehicles are ready on time, delivered in the correct condition, and managed efficiently within branch stock, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities related to the position to maintain uninterrupted branch operations.
• Support ongoing improvements in procedures and working methods, with attention to best practice, process efficiency, lower costs, and higher productivity.
• Prepare branch sales reports on time and with accuracy, aligned with company and department expectations, policies, and standards.
• Work with the Branch Sales team to build and maintain a delivery priority list for vehicles.
• Confirm that pre-delivery preparation is completed at least 24 hours before the vehicle is handed over to the customer.
• Escalate any defects or operational issues detected during the process to the Branch Sales team without delay.
• Collect all completed and signed post-delivery documents from customers and pass them to the Branch Sales team promptly.
• Coordinate with sales consultants on customer requests for vehicles and specifications to confirm availability.
• Track and manage vehicle movement within the branch.
• Work in line with all department policies, procedures, operating standards, and instructions to ensure consistent and controlled execution of work.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements to help maintain a healthy and safe workplace.

Experience and Education

The role requires 0 to 2 years of relevant sales experience and a diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.

Additional Information

This position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role.
