Role Summary

This position is centered on delivering a calming and luxurious spa experience for guests. The therapist is expected to provide professional massage services and body treatments while also supporting spa operations through product awareness, stock checks, and maintaining a spotless, orderly environment.

Key Duties

• Deliver high-quality massage therapies and body treatments tailored to guest needs.
• Monitor spa stock levels and flag replenishment needs when necessary.
• Encourage guests to purchase and use spa products appropriately.
• Maintain treatment rooms and common spa spaces in a clean, neat, and well-arranged condition.
• Contribute to an exceptional guest experience through attentive and professional service.

Qualifications

• Certification in massage therapy is required, with preference for Thai massage and oil massage training.
• Prior experience working in a spa environment is needed.
• Good spoken English communication skills are expected.
• Must present a polished appearance and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene.
• Should be enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Additional Information

• Experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred.
