Rubrix Analytics is hiring a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist for its school-focused business. You will partner with experienced colleagues to help deploy software, assist users, and contribute to smooth adoption of the system.

Core responsibilities

• Help set up and configure business applications according to customer and internal requirements.
• Handle initial-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving software-related problems.
• Coordinate with senior teammates and other functions to investigate and fix technical issues.
• Take part in testing, verification, and release/deployment tasks during implementation work.
• Support data transfer and system preparation activities as part of implementation assignments.
• Deliver basic end-user training and assist in creating user manuals and support documentation.
• Log support tickets, monitor their progress, and ensure issues are followed through to closure.
• Build knowledge of implementation methods, support procedures, and standard practices while maintaining documentation.

Eligibility

Applicants must be proficient in Malayalam.

Education requirement

Bachelor of Vocational Studies in Software Development, B.Tech, or B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology.
