Technical Service
Role Summary
This role focuses on hands-on technical support for ACMV and related systems, with a strong emphasis on maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer-facing service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs and ongoing maintenance for ACMV equipment and systems.
- Handle day-to-day operational duties, including responding to customer questions, service needs, and complaints.
- Provide preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and breakdown support for ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control equipment.
Requirements
- A recognised technical certification in Air-conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Technology, or an equivalent discipline is required.
- Applicants with WSQ qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of chillers and ACMV equipment is expected.
- Candidates without direct experience but with a strong interest in building a career in Technical Services are welcome.
- A positive mindset, good people skills, and a customer-focused approach are important.
- The working arrangement is 5.5 days per week.
