Role Overview
This position is for a proactive Telecaller cum Admin Executive who can manage customer communication along with day-to-day office coordination. The role calls for strong spoken communication, comfort with basic computer work, especially Excel, and the ability to keep routine operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Handle telecalling and other customer communication tasks in a professional manner.
- Support administrative work and assist in managing office operations efficiently.
- Use basic computer tools, including Excel, for daily work and record management.
- Coordinate routine tasks to help maintain smooth office functioning.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are essential.
