Traffic Engineer

Role Overview

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a traffic engineering specialist based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on analysing traffic movement, planning roadway flow, and developing engineering solutions that improve circulation, reduce congestion, and enhance safety.

Core Experience

The position calls for a professional with at least 10 years of experience in traffic studies and traffic engineering design. Strong background in Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) and Level of Service (LOS) analysis is essential, along with hands-on involvement in technical studies and detailed design work for traffic-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

The engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed and executive-level drawings, defining execution methodologies and implementation steps, and building project schedules. The role also includes producing engineering recommendations and alternatives that support smoother traffic operations and safer road environments.

In addition, the candidate should be able to use traffic analysis and simulation tools, prepare technical reports, presentation materials, proposals, and design options in line with accepted industry practices.

Documentation and Coordination

The job requires solid experience in administrative and technical project documentation, as well as coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders to secure approval of deliverables.
