Role Overview

The organization is looking for warehouse supervisors with background experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and other similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities and coordinate staff involved in receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Keep stock records accurate by carrying out cycle counts and using warehouse management systems effectively.
• Apply safety standards consistently and ensure operations remain aligned with relevant regulations.
• Track operational performance and prepare reports on indicators such as productivity, order accuracy, and inventory turnover for management review.

Technical and Behavioral Strengths

• Ability to lead teams effectively
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Good time management skills

Requirements

• HND or degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of prior industrial experience.
• Safety-related or inventory system certifications will be an added advantage.
