Role overview
This position focuses on supporting workforce development efforts and initiatives that improve employee effectiveness while also helping strengthen Saudization outcomes within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to workforce development activities, employee upskilling, and the design and execution of initiatives that support these goals, including plans to increase the Saudi national workforce ratio.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing current and future job roles, along with continuously reviewing the gap between workforce supply and demand.
- Prepare input for strategies aimed at increasing Saudization, with emphasis on important academic, professional, and technical specializations, in coordination with relevant training entities.
- Coordinate activities with technical and educational training partners to improve employee capability through academic and educational program development and the launch of related initiatives.
- Follow ministry work rules, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures specific to the organizational unit.
- Perform any other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
Education and certifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another discipline related to the job field is required. Preferred professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Strategic Management Professional (SMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), ISM Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), and Risk Management Professional (RMP).
