Internship Overview

Across The Globe (ATG), a Bangalore-based startup, is looking to engage Business Analyst interns to assist in driving business expansion, conducting operational research, analyzing markets, and managing client coordination across various business units. Interns will closely collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, spot enhancement opportunities, and contribute to key strategic projects.

Internship Exposure

This role provides hands-on experience in rapidly growing industries such as SaaS, Artificial Intelligence, HRTech, EdTech, and technology consulting. Outstanding interns may gain chances to work on significant strategic projects, participate in enterprise-level discussions, and support market expansion efforts both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Grasp client requirements and capture valuable business insights
• Undertake market mapping and benchmark competitor activities
• Evaluate business challenges and help devise practical solutions
• Assist in outreach, lead nurturing, and growth initiatives
• Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and business presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to track execution and align workflows
• Join strategy meetings and interact with stakeholders
• Research market trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities
• Support in streamlining operational processes to boost efficiency
• Maintain organized documentation for ongoing business tasks

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship
• Internship commencement should be between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026
• An internship duration commitment of six months is required
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests in business analysis

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from ₹2,600 to ₹12,500, comprising a fixed pay of ₹2,500 to ₹10,000 and incentives between ₹100 and ₹2,500
• Certificate upon completion and a letter of recommendation will be provided
• Flexible work hours to support work-life balance
• Potential job offer following successful internship completion, with expected annual salary between ₹350,000 and ₹700,000 upon conversion
