About the Internship
Join Bond Health, a Boston-based healthcare AI startup emerging from Harvard Medical School research, offering a venture-backed environment focused on accelerating patient recruitment for clinical trials through advanced AI technologies such as LLM-based EHR screening, AI voice/text prescreening, and AI-assisted consent simplification. Our research contributions have appeared in respected journals, and as a compact, agile team, you will gain significant ownership from the outset.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to compile targeted lists of U.S. clinical research sites, health systems, and sponsors, identifying key decision-makers within these organizations.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns utilizing email and LinkedIn channels, crafting personalized messages and following up persistently to schedule discovery discussions and product demonstrations on behalf of the founder.
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM regularly to accurately track pipeline activities and prepare concise research briefs prior to prospect meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Availability to work from home during Indian Standard Time hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to align with company operations.
- Ability to commence the internship between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.
- Commitment to a two-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and genuine interest in business development.

Additional Requirements
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
- Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS domains is advantageous.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹15,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 and an incentive payment of ₹5,000.
