About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with the Human Resources team of Ziel Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd, supporting the maintenance and enhancement of HR policies and documentation. Interns will engage in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing accurate employee records, and coordinating with various internal teams to enforce policy adherence. Additional responsibilities include contributing to HR audits and assisting with daily HR operations and administrative functions.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the upkeep and revision of HR policies along with managing employee-related documentation.
- Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring compliance with both internal policies and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee information and HR files with precision.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate policy implementation and monitor adherence.
- Contribute to HR audits, documentation preparation, and reporting activities.
- Offer assistance in routine HR operational tasks and administrative duties.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a part-time internship starting between July 25th and August 29th, 2026, with a commitment spanning three months. Additional Requirements
- Final year students, graduates, or recent graduates pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM with specialization in HR or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
