About the Internship

Pawzz is building India's first verified ecosystem for animal and pet care by addressing the challenge of decentralized and unverified animal-care information.

This internship involves more than conventional HR work; it focuses on leading and motivating a dynamic team of interns while contributing to initiatives that improve the lives of stray animals. The role requires organization, proactiveness, and emotional intelligence to foster a thriving community of changemakers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a group of interns, ensuring they remain motivated, active, and engaged consistently.
Track intern activities, prepare straightforward performance reports, and share key insights.
Manage all recruitment phases from candidate sourcing and screening to onboarding and exit processes.
Establish and nurture partnerships with external vendors to enhance sourcing channels and support services.
Boost team spirit through creative initiatives and personalized engagement efforts.
Accurately produce essential documents like offer letters, certificates, and letters of recommendation punctually.

Candidate Requirements

Prior leadership or recruitment experience, including internships, is advantageous.
Strong verbal and written communication together with interpersonal skills.
Capability to dedicate 6–7 hours daily and be reachable for up to 12 hours each day.
Excellent organizational aptitude and report management skills.
A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset for personnel management.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Forms.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available to work remotely, able to start between July 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates with relevant skills and interests are encouraged to apply, including women re-entering the workforce and fresh graduates seeking job opportunities.

Stipend and Benefits

The remuneration ranges between INR 11,000 and INR 19,000 monthly, comprising a fixed component of INR 7,000 to 9,000 plus incentives from INR 4,000 to 10,000 based on performance.
Successful interns may receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and potential job offers.
On transitioning to full-time employment, the expected salary ranges from INR 300,000 to INR 500,000 per year.

With over five years of field experience supporting more than 350 stray animals daily, Pawzz aims to compile a verified, community-driven database of dependable animal care services, addressing the existing fragmentation and inaccessibility of crucial information.
