Overview
Join Optimasys as a Human Resources Intern and gain practical experience in a vibrant and fast-moving workplace. This internship offers a chance to support the HR team by engaging in various talent management and employee engagement activities.
Key Duties
- Assist in recruitment by screening resumes, arranging interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate and manage employee training and development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support document preparation such as job descriptions, offer letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Contribute to employee appraisal processes by aiding performance evaluations and feedback collection.
- Participate in HR meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department as required.
