Internship Role Overview

If you spend considerable time on screens, are ahead of trends before they emerge, and have a knack for making mundane topics engaging, this opportunity is for you. The role requires creating eye-catching, engaging reels and short videos that captivate viewers.

Key Responsibilities

Produce compelling reels and short video content.
Edit videos skillfully to ensure viewer retention till the end.
Discover and incorporate trending hooks, transitions, and viral formats.
Create content focused on lifestyle, branding, narrative, and internet culture.
Rapidly transform concepts into finished content.
Develop videos that halt viewers’ scrolling and engage their attention.

Required Skills and Attributes

Proficiency with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video platforms.
Editing competence using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, VN, or AI-driven software.
Creative mindset coupled with strong internet trend awareness.
Good aesthetic judgment, pacing, and storytelling abilities.
A portfolio or samples demonstrating reel or video creation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Managing your own creator page or channel.
Understanding the psychology behind viral content.
Capability to produce cinematic-quality videos.
Being highly active and well-versed in online trends.

Additional Information

Selected interns may receive a full-time job offer with annual compensation ranging from ₹600,000 to ₹1,200,000 on successful conversion.

Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
