Internship Role and Responsibilities
The internship involves key activities such as interacting with customers, proactively reaching out to potential clients via calls, and diligently following up on leads. Interns will need to comprehend customers' requirements, identify sales opportunities, and respond to inquiries with detailed information through email. They must stay updated on product and service developments, maintain a comprehensive database of existing and prospective clients, and adeptly explain product features. Remaining aware of competitors' offerings is vital, alongside promoting and upselling services. The position also requires researching and validating new leads, with the goal of successfully closing sales and meeting targets.
