Online Kannada Facilitator Internship for School Students (Remote)

Internship Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to facilitate Kannada language learning for primary school kids via engaging online sessions. The role focuses on delivering interactive Kannada lessons covering reading, writing, speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension aligned with the prescribed curriculum.

Key Duties

• Deliver lively and interactive Kannada lessons tailored for young learners.
• Teach Kannada alphabet, sentence formation, vocabulary, and written expression appropriate for the students' age group.
• Use diverse teaching aids such as stories, rhymes, conversations, activities, and worksheets to enrich the learning experience.
• Encourage students’ verbal communication in Kannada to boost confidence and fluency.
• Prepare ahead of sessions, adhering to lesson plans and academic schedules provided by the school.
• Regularly evaluate student progress using assignments, assessments, and class activities.
• Offer constructive feedback and targeted support for learning improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and related academic documentation.
• Take part in academic meetings, training, and facilitator development initiatives.
• Report student progress and challenges to the Academic Coordinator.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, supportive, and child-friendly virtual classroom atmosphere.
• Ensure punctuality and professional behavior throughout all online teaching and academic engagements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely.
• Available to start between July 26, 2026, and August 30, 2026.
• Commitment for a 6-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and interest in online teaching.
• Women looking to launch or resume their careers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details

• Stipend range: INR 5,000 to 8,000 per month.
• Number of openings: 4.
• Internship duration: 6 months.
• Work location: Remote (work from home).
• Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation will be provided.
