About the internship
StoryYell Private Limited is hiring a recruitment intern who is proactive, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by targets. The position is suited to someone who can work in a fast-paced, high-call-volume setup and wants practical exposure to recruitment operations.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to more than 100 potential candidates every day to initiate contact and build interest.
- Handle first-round screening conversations to judge whether candidates fit the role.
- Find candidates using job platforms, social networks, and referral channels.
- Keep candidate records, pipelines, and databases organized and up to date.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
- Publish and oversee job postings on different platforms.
