Internship Overview

As a Telecalling intern, you will receive hands-on training by shadowing experienced tele-sales professionals. You will gain insights into the complete sales cycle starting from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves learning and practicing effective phone communication strategies to persuade and successfully convert prospects into customers.

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is open to individuals who are available full-time onsite and can start anytime between 3rd July 2026 and 28th August 2026 for one month. Candidates should possess relevant enthusiasm and skills. Women looking to launch or resume their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly stipend between ₹ 12,000 and ₹ 20,000 comprising a fixed monthly pay of ₹ 10,000-15,000 plus incentives of ₹ 2,000-5,000.
• Certificate upon successful completion of the internship.

Additional Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with proficiency in all three languages.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software tools.
• Persuasive ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
