Role Overview

We are currently seeking a 2nd Level Support / IT Support Technician to join our team immediately. If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, working with a service-oriented mindset, and engaging directly with customers and users, we look forward to meeting you.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues at user workstations.
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to clients via phone, ticket system, and onsite visits.
Prepare and configure Windows and Apple devices.
Handle software installation and removal through software distribution tools.
Set up, dismantle, and relocate IT workstations as required.
Conduct structured cabling and patching within network cabinets.
Document and inventory IT systems and hardware.
Log incidents and resolution details within the ticketing system.
Train new employees on IT systems and security policies.
Contribute to internal IT projects.

Qualifications

Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Windows operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Apple devices and macOS.
Service-focused, organized, and solution-driven working style.
Excellent command of German, both spoken and written.
