AI/ML Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned AI/ML Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. The role requires collaboration across teams, mentoring junior members, and leading innovation in complex projects within an MNC located in Chennai with mandatory office presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support the architecture, implementation, and optimization of AI/ML models and applications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project success.
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members fostering professional growth.
• Present ideas and results clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Work independently as well as within team environments to innovate and solve problems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Proficient in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch along with programming skills in Python and R.
• Sound knowledge of cloud platforms for AI/ML deployment including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience designing AI/ML solutions tailored for a variety of industries and business challenges.
• Working familiarity with advanced AI topics including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Interview Process and Terms

• Notice period not exceeding 15 days.
• Interview rounds include two virtual technical interviews scheduled on the same day, followed by an in-person discussion with Manager and HR, typically conducted on Monday or Tuesday.
