Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee search recommendation systems and models to support and grow the content ecosystem in collaboration with content teams.
• Employ machine learning personalization techniques, design patterns, and tools to optimize content matching and distribution effectiveness.
• Exhibit deep expertise in recommendation systems within content contexts, leveraging business insights to drive AI product enhancements and elevate content experience and business impact.
• Lead the creation of core content recommendation modules using data-driven approaches aimed at maximizing content value and user engagement.
• Engage actively with content, business, and product management teams to discern requirements and opportunities in content scenarios, collaboratively defining success parameters.

Candidate Requirements

• Master’s or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics, with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience; preference for those experienced in content domain applications.
• Proficient hands-on experience with leading machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Demonstrated involvement in developing large-scale applications, ideally user-facing and content-centric.
• Strong collaboration skills to work efficiently with global cross-functional content teams.
• Scholarly contributions with publications in top-tier conferences or journals considered an advantage.
