Hourly wage between $19 and $22, plus yearly bonuses exceeding $3,000

Work Schedule

The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation every fourth week for emergency maintenance responsibilities at one property.

Job Responsibilities

Timely and professional completion of maintenance work orders
Preparing apartments for new residents by performing turnover tasks
Performing painting, staining, and light carpentry work
Conducting preventive maintenance and repairing exterior areas
Serving on-call duties periodically for emergencies at a single property
Assisting with housing inspections and ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years of general maintenance experience
Minimum of 6 months working specifically in apartment maintenance
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical repairs, and appliance servicing
HVAC repair expertise and EPA certification are mandatory
Pool maintenance knowledge and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities alongside strong customer service orientation
Readiness to complete fundamental safety training within 30 days of employment
