Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and inspection of raw materials, packaging components, and miscellaneous items ensuring conformity with purchase orders.
• Manage dispensing and issuing of raw materials according to production needs.
• Continuously monitor temperature and humidity levels throughout all store areas.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits for raw and packaging materials.
• Manage handling, storage, and allocate bin space for newly approved and received materials.
• Inspect loose containers and appropriately label loose packages.
• Verify and update Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) aligning them with ERP system data.
• Liaise with Quality Control (QC) to ensure timely approval of raw materials and coordinate collection of vendor Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
• Monitor material retest dates and coordinate with QC for sampling, testing, and approval processes.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science, Science, or related general science field.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome.
