About the Role and Team
Join Navi's Product Team in Bengaluru as an Associate Product Manager, contributing to the development of customer-focused, scalable, and simple solutions. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to translate insights into impactful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion customer perspectives by understanding and building product features centered on user needs.
- Collaborate to create the product roadmap aligning customer and business priorities.
- Conduct market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis to deeply understand customers and refine product user experiences.
- Establish and assess metrics that evaluate product success.
- Lead cross-functional teams with minimal managerial oversight to achieve product outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Traits
- Genuine empathy for end users’ concerns, needs, and experiences.
- Fundamental understanding of product thinking.
- Strong and methodical problem-solving abilities.
- Technical understanding or foundation.
