Automation Test Engineer

About the Role

Blinx India Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of KNX Automation Engineer based in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have practical expertise in ETS Software and hands-on experience working with wired KNX automation systems, enabling the programming, installation, and troubleshooting of smart building automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize ETS Software to program and configure KNX automation systems.
• Carry out installation, commissioning, and problem resolution of wired KNX systems.
• Integrate various automation components including lighting, HVAC, and curtains into smart home or building setups.
• Interpret electrical schematics and KNX system topology accurately.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, commissioning activities, and demonstrate functionalities to clients.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance during installation phases and post-project support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ETS5 or ETS6 software is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of wired KNX automation systems and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with the configuration and operation of KNX devices and their network topology.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities related to both automation and electrical systems.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
• Previous work in home or building automation projects is advantageous.
