Job Overview

Sunway Display Systems is seeking a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at our Budh Vihar, Badarpur location in Delhi-NCR. This role primarily involves handling sales calls based on leads obtained from platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia. The position includes a fixed monthly salary with additional incentive opportunities to reward performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and place calls to customers using leads sourced from IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia.
• Engage with interested prospects to follow up and successfully convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Clearly communicate product and service details, maintaining accurate customer records.
• Consistently achieve set daily and monthly sales goals.

• Strong communication abilities coupled with persuasive skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
