Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business & Data Analyst to help drive strategic initiatives across our operations, product development, and data center consulting services. This position is suited for recent graduates or professionals early in their career passionate about problem-solving, data handling, and turning insights into strategic business decisions.
Principal Duties
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operations data from diverse sources.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to assist leadership in decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators across business and operational areas.
- Contribute to process improvement projects and develop operational reporting tools.
- Assist with research, testing, and gathering stakeholder requirements in product development.
- Maintain quality of data and support analytics projects.
- Work collaboratively with teams in engineering, operations, sales, finance, and executive leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant discipline.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen data interpretation skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation abilities and thrives in collaborative team settings.
- Experienced with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred: familiarity with visualization software like Power BI or Tableau.
