About the Role

Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Business Development Associate, also called Retail Partner, based primarily in Kolkata with remote working options. This role involves comprehensive oversight of daily operations including recruitment, training, sales, market development, management, and team leadership across multiple states such as West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage Insurance Consultants, Point of Sales persons, and ARPs across the business.
Coordinate orientation programs for new employees and continual training sessions.
Ensure process services to develop and maintain a strong, efficient team.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Proficiency in general business operations.
Effective communication abilities.
Experience in building distribution networks.

Additional Information

The first three months involve sales and team management training, with earnings dependent on achieving sales targets and maintaining active consultants.
