Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead lead generation efforts, establish lasting client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and sales enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients via cold calling, networking events, and other digital or traditional outreach methods.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our interior design offerings to homeowners, builders, and real estate developers.
• Conduct site visits to present design ideas and articulate the advantages of our interior solutions.
• Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms, and secure client contracts to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and nurture networks with real estate agents, architects, and vendors to generate business opportunities.
