Classic AUTOSAR BSW Stack Integration Engineer

Role overview

Tata Elxsi is looking for an engineer with solid experience in AUTOSAR-based software development for automotive systems. The role focuses on working across the full development lifecycle, from understanding requirements through configuration, implementation, and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the complete AUTOSAR software development cycle, including requirement analysis, configuration, coding, and validation, with 4–6 years of overall experience.
• Build AUTOSAR Application Software Components using hand-written Embedded C, with at least 3 years of practical, hands-on experience.
• Design and implement runnables, ports, and interfaces in line with Classic AUTOSAR platform practices.
• Work with RTE concepts, including integration flow and interaction with generated source code.
• Handle AUTOSAR memory stack components such as NvM, MemIf, Fee/Ea, and apply memory mapping concepts.
• Support integration and testing across automotive communication networks such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet, with working knowledge of I2C and SPI.
• Use development and debugging tools including Vector DaVinci Developer, CANoe, and Lauterbach TRACE32.
• Follow MISRA C and embedded coding standards where applicable.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of AUTOSAR software components.
