Key Responsibilities

Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the pub including customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff spaces, and outdoor areas
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks adhering to established procedures
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly and safely
Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when reordering is necessary
Report maintenance and pest issues promptly to the manager on duty
Engage courteously with customers, greeting and thanking them appropriately
Complete all mandatory training including induction and refresher courses, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts

Work Schedule

Shifts are available daily from 6:00am to 8:00am, providing great flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes as our pub operates extended hours.

Additional Information

This role may not be suitable for applicants under 18 due to shift timings and lone working requirements. Other roles such as front-of-house and kitchen positions may also be available. Note that this vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received.
