Role overview
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is hiring a Cleaner to support the upkeep of client and company premises. This position sits within the Cleaning Services team and focuses on keeping shared spaces clean, safe, and presentable through routine housekeeping tasks.
Key duties
- Carry out day-to-day cleaning tasks in busy areas of the building as assigned by the supervisor.
- Restock washrooms with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Clean hallways, toilets, elevators, and similar areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and damp wiping.
- Wipe down furniture, mirrors, and glass dividers.
- Keep cleaning materials stored securely and safely at all times.
- Complete the required cleaning checklist for each allocated area in detail.
- Follow the company’s standard cleaning methods and procedures.
- Use chemical cleaning products and equipment according to safety instructions.
- Attend regular team meetings and any mandatory training sessions.
- Work according to basic routines and agreed standards.
- Apply existing procedures to resolve simple issues while working with limited discretion.
- Maintain a strong safety focus and carry out dynamic risk checks before, during, and after each task.
Requirements

- Capability to lift and carry loads within personal manual-handling limits.
