Established in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent pioneered luxury prêt-à-porter with its 1966 collection 'Rive Gauche', embodying youth and freedom, sparking significant cultural and fashion modernization. Since 1999 under Kering Group's luxury division and with Anthony Vaccarello's creative leadership since 2016, the house continues to lead in luxury fashion worldwide. Job Role and Responsibilities

Enhance store sales performance by delivering outstanding service to internal and external clients.
Develop new clientele while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
Contribute to a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.
Maintain extensive product knowledge and stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate effectively with team members, providing assistance as needed.
Consistently represent and promote the brand's culture internally and externally as an ambassador.
Adhere to organizational standards in grooming, appearance, and store presentation.
Support management in in-store processes to uphold compliance and quality standards.
Assist with back-of-house operations including stock management and inventory control.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience within luxury retail or luxury goods environment preferred.
Demonstrated sensitivity to products with a strong understanding of market and fashion trends, alongside good general cultural awareness.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Attributes such as adaptability, genuine curiosity, and authenticity.
Open-mindedness and creativity are assets.
Motivated by sales, socially engaging, optimistic, and an ambitious team player.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-pressure busy periods.
A proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
