About the Role

We are seeking a Concierge Agent to join our team in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia, offering full-time, on-site employment. This position is crucial for delivering superior hospitality experiences by providing personalized guest services with professionalism and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional concierge assistance.
• Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and activities tailored to guests' preferences.
• Provide tailored local recommendations to ensure memorable visits.
• Respond promptly and effectively to special guest requests and concerns.
• Assist front desk and reception teams as needed.
• Work closely with various hotel departments to anticipate and surpass guest expectations.
• Keep precise records of all guest bookings and communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in concierge services, customer service, or guest relations.
• Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Familiarity with front office and reception duties.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Maintains professional appearance and demonstrates a guest-centered approach.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems.
• Knowledge of local attractions in Tabūk and throughout Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
