Position Overview

This remote role, based in the United States (Eastern & Central time zones), offers a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually with up to 20% travel required. As a Consulting Project Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting clients with travel and expense programs by aiding assessments, strategy and program design, supplier sourcing, implementation, and management. You will collaborate closely with project leads and the internal team to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project leads in applying proprietary methodologies through all phases of the program lifecycle: assessment, design, sourcing, building, and management.
• Maintain project team organization, driving collaboration to ensure client satisfaction with every deliverable.
• Analyze data to detect significant trends and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops focused on client strategy and supplier sourcing.
• Support seamless implementation of selected suppliers for clients.
• Work with the broader Festive Road team to enhance client solutions and contribute to industry thought leadership when appropriate.

• Analytical mindset capable of selecting appropriate data sources and extracting meaningful patterns to guide strategy.

• Proven project management skills managing multiple priorities, deadlines, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
• Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented work aligned with brand standards.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the corporate travel sector.
• Familiarity with corporate travel management companies, online booking tools, travel supplier networks, and travel technologies.
• Proficiency in SmartSheets and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Substantial project management experience.
